This is very helpful info .... but I tried to duplicate your searches and found no free papers. I don't know if sagepub has an alert against useful research tools like this.

My first guess is this has something to do with the way Google "personalizes" search based on search history etc., but am not sure why that would affect finding free vs. paywalled papers...
